This is to inform the general public that His Excellency, the Executive Governor of
Edo State, Mr Godwin N. Obaseki has graciously approved the disposal of some Edo City Transport Service (ECTS) unserviceable vehicles (high capacity buses and Toyota Sienna cars), through public auction.
Consequently, all registered, qualified and interested Auctioneers are to forward their
applications to the undersigned in the Ministry of Transportation, Sapele Road, Benin City, indicating their interest. Such applications should be accompanied with the following:
a. Up-to-date tax clearance certificate(i.e. for the last three ycars);
b. Certificate of registration with Nigerian Association of Auctioneers;
c. Evidence of previous but similar job done;
d. Certificate of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission;
e. Evidence of registration with Edo State Government (i.e. Edo State Public
Procurement Agency);
f. Any other relevant documents
Applications should reach the undersigned on or before Wednesday 20th July, 2022 as
late submission will not be entertained.
NOTE: Multiple applications will be disqualified.
