JUST IN: Governor Obaseki orders completion of Benin-Abraka Road December, threatens to award remaining sections to other contractors if not completed

Governor Godwin Obaseki was on the field to inspect the progress of the N35 billion investment in oil palm by Saroafrica International in Evboesi, Evbonogbon and neighboring communities on Friday, June 17, 2022. 

Before then, he was at the site of the N24 billion agricultural investment in cassava and ethanol production in Ikpoba Okha LGA.

Both investments are already providing jobs, improving the security of their host communities and regenerating the environment.

Governor Godwin Obaseki during the inspection ordered completion of Benin-Abraka Road by December 2022, and threatened to award remaining sections to other contractors if not completed.
