We are proud to call the estate featured in this article Edo's very own 'Banana Island.' The only difference is that it is not located in an island but instead in the heartbeat of the Nation, Edo State. It is meant to attract investments of our Edo indigenes in the diaspora to come back home to stay or at least to have a property that meets the standard of living or building standard that they are used to in the overseas.

This estate is patterned  after some of the best architectural masterpieces and landscapes in the world. Edo State has one of the highest number of people in the diaspora and the decision of the Governor to have such an estate to cater for them is indeed a brilliant decision.

The estate features beautiful layouts of residences, suites, and terraces. It also has the peculiarity of having 24-hour power supply as well as security. The ambience and serenity that the estate will afford its future residents is one that anyone with the means would want to pay top dollar for.

This estate when completed will encourage our people living in the diaspora to come home to invest or have a property of their choice. Also, the project when completed will increase Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) into Edo.

The construction of this estate is already creating thousands of jobs as numerous masons, artisans, engineers and others are currently employed and working on site.

This is just one of the many estates that the Governor is putting in place in Edo state. For example there is the Emotan garden estates which has some low-cost property that many Edolites can afford while this particular set of property caters for the other set of individuals.

ikosamede.com carefully curated the pictures in the end of this article. We are sure that at the end you will certainly give kudos to the progressive administration that we have in Edo State led by Governor Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki.
